If you are a member of Balance Concierge, we make it easy to take advantage of our services. While you will have to tell your Concierge that you're interested in taking advantage of our services, the actual program will do all the dirty work. Kool Chevrolet and Balance Concierge will work out all the details, making sure that your vehicle gets taken care of on a regular basis.
The Balance Concierge Package includes a variety of VIP benefits. The first benefit that you'll appreciate is that you'll never have to actually visit our dealership. We will work with Balance Concierge and pick up your vehicle, service it, and then bring it back to Spectrum Health in time for you to go home. If your vehicle requires a service that takes longer than a day, we will have a loaner car waiting for you in its place.
As for the service, you will have access to a multitude of benefits and discounts. This includes steep savings on oil changes, parts, accessories, tire rotations, collision repair, and more. If you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle, we also make it easy to shop and test drive from work! If you know the vehicle you're interested in, Balance Concierge will work with us to arrange a test drive for you. Once a time has been agreed upon, we will bring your vehicle of choice to Spectrum Health. You'll be able to test drive, purchase the car, and settle all the paperwork all without leaving work!
